Review
I find Fr. Manayil's book on the Holy Eucharist is timely boon. It sets forth the essentials teaching of the Catholic Church on the Holy Eucharist in question-answer form, which children and ordinary people can easily understand. Author knows what to cull out from the authoritative sources of the Church's teachings in order to offer spiritual food to the simple faithful and to children and adults in order to sustain their faith and piety. I am sure teachers of faith and pastoral workers will find a precious handy and valuable tool to take Catechism lessons on the Holy Eucharist which is the source and summit of Church's life. (Fr.
